Treatment Style
My own mindfulness and Zen meditation practice and personal psychotherapy of 18 years are the cornerstones of my non-judgmental and compassionate treatment style as I am greatly inspired by my own journey towards healing, awakening and transformation. By cultivating mindfulness through both informal and formal practices, I naturally bring more mindfulness into the consulting room.
